1) Scope
These Terms govern use of our website and the proposal/contracting process for roofing and window services in South Florida.

2) Estimates & proposals
Estimates are free and non-binding until a written proposal is signed. Hidden conditions (e.g., decking rot) may require change orders with your approval before work continues.

3) Scheduling & access
Start dates depend on permits, materials, weather, and access. You agree to provide clear access, utilities as needed, and remove/secure personal items.

4) Safety & weather
We follow safety protocols and pause work during lightning/high winds. Schedules may shift; we’ll notify you and provide revised timelines.

5) Payments
Payment terms (deposit, progress draws, final payment) appear on your proposal. Late balances may incur late fees and collection costs as permitted by law. Card payments may include a processing fee (if applicable and disclosed).

6) Warranty

Workmanship: 10-year warranty on roofs we install.
Materials: Per manufacturer (Owens, GAF, IKO, Mule-Hide, TPO).
Exclusions: New storm events, third-party alterations, lack of maintenance, normal wear, pre-existing structural issues. Full terms provided with your proposal.
Emergency temporary measures are stabilization only and carry limited workmanship coverage for the temporary install.

7) Insurance-claim assistance
We can provide photos and scope details for you to submit to your carrier and coordinate scheduling once approved. We are not public adjusters and do not interpret policy coverage or negotiate claims.

8) Property protection & media
We protect interiors/exteriors and perform daily cleanup. You grant permission to photograph work areas for documentation/warranty. Marketing use of photos requires your consent; we will anonymize addresses.

9) User content & reviews
If you submit reviews or testimonials, you grant us permission to display them; we may edit for length/clarity without changing meaning.

10) Website use
Site content is for informational purposes. We do not guarantee completeness or availability. Third-party links are provided “as is.”

11) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability related to services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific project.

12) Disputes
Governing law: State of Florida. Venue: Broward or Miami-Dade County courts. Consider adding mediation/arbitration if desired (insert clause here if you use it).

13) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms; changes apply prospectively. Continued use of the site or services after updates signifies acceptance.
